Abstract

During the pandemic peak in Italy, general and economic system justification differently predicted the endorsement with Covid-19 prevention norms. After the peak, due to the increased politicization of Covid-19 norms, the deep moralization of Covid-19 norms had an impact on negative emotions towards immigrant people from North Africa. A social group that is still stigmatized in the Italian context.
