Thanks to the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and of the Court of Justice of the European Union, it means to frame the current regulatory framework of those rights entailed by applications aimed at enhancing human performances. The paper upholds that since strengths and shortcomings are mutually distributed between the two systems of the Council of Europe and of European Union, a better coordination is requested in order to develop a style of governance rights-oriented.
