Starting from the 2014-15 academic year, the University of Padua began a new experimental Formative Tutoring Programme. It aims to improve academic success of the students and to reduce university drop-out, by means of reinforcing soft skills. In 2016 began the Project “TF Model: teacher, peer and service tutoring for university students empowerment”. It foresees the implementation of the TF model in 8 Degrees of the University of Padua (Astronomy, Education, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics and Optometry, Social Services, Sociology). In this contribute we present the project of research and some initial results.

Abstract
