Abstract

In the paper, the performances of three-leaf stone masonry walls repaired by three different techniques (injections, repointing and transversal tying), applied both singularly and in combination, are compared. The mechanical behavior has been pointed out by a series of laboratory tests on real size section walls before and after interventions. Feasibility problems, execution aspects and effectiveness evaluations of the techniques are also discussed.
