Rooted in a background as a behavioural researcher shaped by the frantic pace of Alexandria, this chapter reflects on the personal and academic dynamics of emotional and experiential transmission. Relocating to a co-living space in Northern Italy, the narrative details an organic transition into mentorship, illustrating how guiding young students illuminated the reciprocal nature of sharing knowledge. This insight prompted a social experiment: launching a large-scale project staffed entirely by enthusiastic amateurs to test the power of passion diffusion. While the initiative initially gained momentum, it ultimately stalled due to administrative friction and a lack of organizational alignment. The outcome offers a nuanced insight into human dynamics: while passion and guidance are contagious, successful transmission requires foundational competence and complete institutional inclusion to turn raw enthusiasm into lasting results.
