A 59-year-old female with a clinical history (4 years) of mild cognitive impairment with long-term (episodic and autobiographic) and short-term memory deficits worsened in the last 2 years. A [18F]FDG PET/MR showed a pattern that could be associated with a diagnosis within the Alzheimer’s continuum; however, a CSF analysis was negative for cerebral amyloidosis. [18F]Florbetaben (90–110 min after injection) amyloid scan revealed diffuse bilateral cortical and subcortical uptake of the radiopharmaceutical.

Abstract
A 59-year-old female with a clinical history (4 years) of mild cognitive impairment with long-term (episodic and autobiographic) and short-term memory deficits worsened in the last 2 years. A [18F]FDG PET/MR showed a pattern that could be associated with a diagnosis within the Alzheimer’s continuum; however, a CSF analysis was negative for cerebral amyloidosis. [18F]Florbetaben (90–110 min after injection) amyloid scan revealed diffuse bilateral cortical and subcortical uptake of the radiopharmaceutical.File in questo prodotto:
