We present the first experimental characterization of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) in coupled-core multi-core fibers. Measurements of the SRS-induced spectral power distortion and Raman gain coefficient in field-deployed fibers are consistent with the modeling of SRS in the regime of strong mode mixing.
