The book Postpandemia. Pensieri (meta)giuridici, by Antonio Cantaro, approaches with an interdisciplinary method the pandemic emergency of Sars Covid-19 in order to investigate its capability to disclose the "normality and normativity" of neoliberalism. According to the Author, it remains deeply questionable that the European and national measures (NGEU and the Italian Recovery and Resilience Plan) adopted to tackle the pandemic emergency are signs of a new paradigm, different from the neoliberal imperative of individual performance and pleasure without limits. The gist of the book is a critical reflexion on the demise by the Western culture of the concept of politics as the art of the rulers to take care of the ruled.
