The analysis concerning the search for ‘a replicable regulation for the reprogramming of the city as a model of entropic and sustainable development’ led to the initial identification of principles and tools that can be adapted and replicated in multiple realities on the basis of a model of ‘BEST PRACTICE’; The success of this path was conceived through a PRELIMINARY ‘SWOT’ ANALYSIS in which to compose ‘URBAN OBJECTIVES’; To this end, the application of ‘ENTROPY’ was also seen; The presence of pilot norms, in the Government of the Territory, can also be considered as a decisive promoter of a correct administration and management of the urban space to be redesigned in such a way as to be, in this way, recreated, in a strategic, coherent, participative, responsible manner, through the identification of the cornerstones of the ‘TASSONOMY’ through which the study and application of a further ‘key tool’ for the understanding, planning and management of the modern city could be analysed, with the main purpose of being able to create a functional framework for the analysis of the interaction of the main components of the urban context: the ‘ONTOLOGY’; This process could be further enhanced through the introduction of: ‘MIN AND MAX’; This research is in fact inspired by the work of LUIGI MORETTI AND THE FOUNDATION OF THE ROCCA: URBANISTICA AND OPERATIONAL RESEARCH, 1907, re-edited by Gabriella Esposito De Vita, 2009, GB Editoria, Rome; To arrive at the definition of an integrated framework capable of guaranteeing the sustainability, equity and effectiveness of territorial coordination, it is therefore necessary to link the ‘min-max’ criterion to the ‘PATTERN-FRAME’ and ‘PLACE BASED’approaches; To perfect these objectives, it is also necessary to respect the provision of investments and incentives, at all levels of ‘Governance’, that go more in the direction of ‘SUSTAINABLE URBAN PLANNING’; As well as evaluating the BINDING THAT EXISTS BETWEEN THE CONCEPT OF RELIABILITY AND THAT OF SUSTAINABILITY to be reinterpreted as a stainless link capable of allowing the two propositions to become the one the end and the other the means to deal with ‘regeneration’. Another integral cornerstone is that of ‘PEREQUACTION’ which manifests itself in the equitable and compensatory treatment of properties subject to urban transformation, the resulting benefits of which can be used to compensate the public city; The results obtained demonstrate the efficacy of the study model of ‘replicable legislation for the reprogramming of the city, understood as a model of entropic development’ and, as a FURTHER CHALLENGE, its application could be thought of not only to the concept of the city, but also to a notion of the nation' s “PATTERN”; In this context, the principle of sustainability would depend on additional factors, intrinsic to the pivotal notion of ‘entropic development’ that would no longer recognise characteristics of disorder, but rather properties of adaptation to the various spheres and their transactions. The national territory, in fact, could be interpreted as a unicum of urban spaces, identifiable with the Regions; In order to arrive at an understanding of whether or not this mode of intervention can meet the expectations of the study, a VIRTUAL EXAMPLE OF THE PROCESS OF ‘MIN’ AND ‘MAX’ will be translated , to be thought of as assignable to a probabilistically realistic case. To this end, a Hypothetical ‘ITALY/CAMERUN’ MODEL will be analysed and then turn, backwards, towards the analysis of the applicability of the ‘pattern’ to the scale of the city (Yaoundè) as a path of proof of the efficiency of the study system, as constructed, through the ‘case’ of its extension and biunivocity.
