There has been a growing interest in exploring the relationship between resilience and sustainability, the digital tools strengthening this relationship. This paper investigates how resilience constructs influence on social sustainability and the moderating role of digital tools. This cross-sectional study uses hierarchical multiple regression to test the hypotheses in the fashion supply chain. It reveals that visibility, agility, and collaboration positively influence social sustainability. SC actors emphasize on transparency in information flow, agility, and collaboration for social sustainability. Digital tools were found to moderate the relationship, reinforcing the positive effects of visibility and the negative effects of collaboration.
