Abstract
One aspect that characterises the contemporary design world is the search for increasingly fluid and dynamic Shapes that represent the constant evolution of technology. Hence the need for tools that allow these forms to be elaborated and their multiple facets to be investigated. In this sense, Algorithm-based Modelling undoubtedly offers a valuable support for the investigation of Shape, and it is therefore necessary to understand what it is and how it can fit into this process. Using a practical case study, the aim of the paper is to show how Visual Language Programming (VLP) can represent a valid support for the management of the design process, intended as the development of the initial idea.Pubblicazioni consigliate
