Padova e le dinamiche “impreviste” dell’abitare studentesco

In the autumn 2021, university students protested in front of the Bo in Padua, enlightening the city a latent but now evident problem, until that moment denied or not considered: the dramatic lack for student affordable accommodations. Student housing is ‘revealed’ as an urgent problem in a city where student presence has been underestimated, if not completely ne-glected. The paper highlights the surprising lack of specific knowledge on student housing conditions despite the high number of students enrolled and investigates some aspects of stu-dents living through the results – very limited for the moment – of some research on student housing conditions.
