Urban regeneration studies aimed at interpreting morphological and historical values, and responding to current needs through an innovative and sustainable way, had carry out, in the Montebelluna (Treviso) case study, to original design proposals capable to recover and transform disused industrial areas into new ones social and productive functions. The transformation of these areas carried out following this approach can give a new vitality as well as a new identity to small urban towns.
