Le fonti mediolatine del 'De casibus virorum illustrium' di Boccaccio: rielaborazione, riuso, interpretazione

This thesis aims to reconsider the structural features and the value of medieval sources in Boccaccio's 'De casibus virorum illustrium', by examining the specific use of every source of the text. In particular, I shall define the sources used by Boccaccio and analize their influence and the way in which they are considered, included and read by the author.
