In this contribution, collective rights are presented as the nourishment - from bottom up - of an institutional dimension of rights and, at the same time, as the origin of a regenerative and potentially re-establishing force towards a popular and participatory democracy. They are also a factor of the possible, continuous contestation and regeneration of the republican system.

Abstract
