Up to now, only (4) Vesta has been thought of as a source of differentiated material, which has been discovered all around the Main Belt region. However, the investigations have shown that the objects, with the same spectral properties of Vesta and distributed beyond 2.5 AU, cannot be dynamically related to (4) Vesta. Thus, their origin seems to be linked to the break-up of large objects other than Vesta. Some evidences suggesting that V-types in the middle and outer main belt might have originated from the disruption of partly or totally differentiated parent bodies have been recently found, and dynamical studies allowed the identification of possible asteroidal families including basaltic asteroids. We started an observing campaign of asteroids belonging to (221) Eos, (1272) Gefion, (173). Ino and (1040) Klumpkea families, suggested to be partly 'differentiated' families. In this work we revise the spectral and dynamical properties of basaltic asteroids in the middle and outer main belt, not related to Vesta, and recent observations of asteroids members of the (221) Eos, (1272) Gefion, (173), Ino and (1040) Klumpkea families.

Abstract
In this work we revise the spectral and dynamical properties of basaltic asteroids in the middle and outer main belt, not related to Vesta, and recent observations of asteroids members of the (221) Eos, (1272) Gefion, (173), Ino and (1040) Klumpkea families.Pubblicazioni consigliate
