Abstract

Sustainable development and the fight against climate change represent a top priority both for European institutions and member States. The urgency and complexity of most environmental and sustainability issues impose a shared reaction from Institutions, private entities and individuals. One of the main concerns relates to the prohibition set out in the article 101 TFEU which may discourage sustainability collaborations among undertakings. The paper criti-cally analyses the different approaches taken by some Member States and by the European Commission on this Competition Law issue.
