This paper reports on Drop-qPCR, a new droplet microfluidic platform allowing the performance of fast and continuous-flow quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR). Our system integrates droplets generation, samples and reagents passive merging, thermal cycling and fluorescence measurement of the droplets continuously flowing in PTFE capillary.

Abstract

This paper reports on Drop-qPCR, a new droplet microfluidic platform allowing the performance of fast and continuous-flow quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR).
