Abstract
This research focuses on the "classic" topic of juridical and politic identity of the Magnates in the Italian communal society during the 13th century. Through a point of view, which is based on juridical issues and at the same time on the similarity and links between different sets of rules before and during the 13th century, it is possible to assert non-exceptional and political nature of the normative, which in historiography is known as "antimagnatizia".File | Dimensione | Formato | |
