Il coinvolgimento del caregiver nella relazione d'aiuto. Un'esperienza pilota con gli anziani affetti da demenza, nella Regione Veneto.

The present contribution consists in an analysis of the active involvement of the caregiver in the help relation with the person affected with insanity, which has for objective one to support the passage from "it cures" of the illness "having care" not only of the sick person but also the one who helps him. Through an experience pilots, only one in the Venetian Area, he gave start to a research way on the caregiver and relation person with acquired cognitive disability, defining the general aim of sounding the satisfaction level shown by the relatives after being involved in the care process of the elderly person with insanity. While giving beginning to such a contribution, act to investigate the theme in question chose to outline a few principal aspects concerning the life and ageing lengthening of the population, then to proceed with the creation of a questionnaire, given out to about 150 caregivers. From a pedagogic reading of the data the necessity of undertaking a way of humanization of the social and educational services emerges and sanitary characterized by the presence of a climate of participation, cooperation and corresponsability between professionals, elders and caregivers. The proposal challenge is to affirm with sense of the reality the humanity who is in every person, besides his registry age, learning to live together with the chronicity in a responsible and active way.
