The academic thirty years researches in Nora allow us to appreciably improve the quality of the knowledge about dynamics of transformation in the early centuries of Roman administration (3rd-1st century BC). With that being the backdrop, this paper aims to propose a reconstruction of the changes in the urban system as a result of the socio-political transformation process from Punic to Roman city, with a focus on public and sacred areas.
