However, data regarding outcomes after transition from Pediatric to Adult Healthcare Service (AHS) are still lacking. Therefore, we aimed to prospectively evaluate the outcome of LT recipients after transition; to access patients' non-adherence and identify potential risk factors for non-adherence.
