Abstract

In the studies on artificial intelligence, aimed as they are at attempting to imitate with technique human thought, it is often forgotten that the ontological structure of human conscience is a relational one and it changes the ethical and legal perspective of the individual. The effective balance between computational power and controllability of expert systems shall be considered any time the relational responsibility of the actions taken by a machine and the relative effects on human relations are to be established. The principle of dialogue, which justifies the reciprocal coexistence of human beings, might be the new ethical and legal frontier of another biorobotics.
