The Yearbook 2011 provides a dynamic picture of laws, institutions, policies, and caselaw that have implemented international human rights norms in Italy over the past few years. It mainly focuses on year 2010. The four sections of the volume are devoted to: Italy's adaptation to international human rights law; the human rights infrastructure at national and sub-national levels; the dialogue between Italy and the human rights international machinery; the national and the European (especially the Strasburg Human Rights Court's) caselaw on human rights issues.
