Faecal samples and guts from 103 red foxed were examined for intestinal helminths. The discordance between the coprological results and those from necropsy gave a significant value only for tapeworms. Sensitivity values of the coprological test was 92% for Toxocara canis, 66.7% for Trichuris vulpis, 86.7 for hookworms and 10.8% for tapeworms

Abstract
