This work started from the assumption that perception of transparency can be studied as a case of color constancy: as resulted from the experiment, the variables which interfere with color constancy are not only relative to the structure of visual stimuli but also to the individual characteristics of the observers, as normally happens in all fields of human perception. This particular role of the observer has then to be further studied in future works, although its difficulty cannot be easily ignored

Abstract
This work started from the assumption that perception of transparency can be studied as a case of color constancy: as resulted from the experiment, the variables which interfere with color constancy are not only relative to the structure of visual stimuli but also to the individual characteristics of the observers, as normally happens in all fields of human perception. This particular role of the observer has then to be further studied in future works, although its difficulty cannot be easily ignoredFile in questo prodotto:
