A precise measurement of the Z mass at SLC and LEP can provide information on the mass of a new neutral gauge boson, guiding its detection at hadron colliders. For a significant range of parameters the decay rate of the new Z into W+W- is greater than the one into e+e- (μ+μ-, τ+ μ-), giving rise to a new signature. Abstract
We discuss these two issues in detail for E6 superstring-inspired models. © 1987.File in questo prodotto:
