The traditional descriptive statistical model may be enlarged in order to take into account uncertainty in the definition of the referenced population or universe, via the fuzzy set theory tools. Within the finite population framework, this enrichment allows a proper statistical evaluation of the distribution of the usual descriptive statistics. The results are very innovative and modify seriously the meaning of well-known indexes, say, entropy, entropic dependence, concentration.
