Thin SiO2-TiO2 sol-gel film doped with different concentration of PbS quantum dots was prepared and characterized. The nonlinear optical properties were studied with nonlinear m-line technique and degenerate four-wave mixing. Measurements were made at 532 nm and at 1.064 μm using nanosecond and picosecond pulse.

Abstract
