In this study, a model for the evaluation of respondent, interviewer and supervisor errors is proposed. Under this model, a number of alternative estimators of the components of the correlated response variance are considered. In particular, an estimator for the evaluation of supervisor error with a doubly interpenetrated interview-reinterview design is proposed. Formulas for the variances of the proposed estimators are derived and their mean squared errors are compared with estimators proposed by other authors.
