A high functionality has been obtained on a new low cost two-port TEM cell by using the following design criteria: an assembly easily dismountable in few main parts; an operative box separated from the TEM cell and connected to it by stainless steel bellows; on the TEM cell, a lateral aperture with a cheap closing system and a small discontinuity on the housing; an operative box provided with an aperture and a technical panel easily changeable for different working conditions. The TEM cell is designed for tests on equipments of 270 x 220 x 60 mm3.
