The focus of this longitudinal study is the development of family interactions from pregnancy to the first 9th months infant with a new observational procedure: the Losanna Trilogue Play (LTP, Fivaz-Depeursinge & Corboz-Warnery, 1999). The research has main aims: a) to investigate the applicability of LTP in Italian context, b) to study the development of infants’ interactions and the patterns of stability and change during the first year Methods: the participants consisted of 70 non referred primiparous families. The families have been met in pregnancy (at 7° month), at 4° and 9° month age. We used an observational setting, the Lausanne Trilogue Play (LTP) to evaluate the development of interactive competences of families: in pregnancy the families played a virtual interaction with a doll at 7th month of pregnancy, and then played with the child at 4 and 9 months. Results: a) a good inter-rater reliability in Italian context. Only difference is for the scale “Structural of play”: Italian population play for a long time during the LTP then Swiss population. b) co-parental interaction during pregnancy will be a predictor of families developmental interactions after infant’s born R2=.0,069; F(1,69)= 5,063; p=.028 (t=2,250; p=.028; β= .263). There is no stability of family interactions from pregnancy to the first 9th months. The multilevel analysis show a linear relation between time and the families interactions: there is a high score of 2,35 point. Conclusions. The results show: the Losanna Triadic Play procedure can be applied in the Italian context. During first 9th months the development of family interactions increased in a homogeneous way stressing the possibility of an evolutionary model common to all the families. Since the early months infants can be interacting with 2 people at once.

Abstract
The focus of this longitudinal study is the development of family interactions from pregnancy to the first 9th months infant with a new observational procedure: the Losanna Trilogue Play (LTP, Fivaz-Depeursinge & Corboz-Warnery, 1999). The research has main aims: a) to investigate the applicability of LTP in Italian context, b) to study the development of infants’ interactions and the patterns of stability and change during the first year Methods: the participants consisted of 70 non referred primiparous families. There is no stability of family interactions from pregnancy to the first 9th months. The results show: the Losanna Triadic Play procedure can be applied in the Italian context. During first 9th months the development of family interactions increased in a homogeneous way stressing the possibility of an evolutionary model common to all the families. Since the early months infants can be interacting with 2 people at once.Pubblicazioni consigliate
