In a society constantly changing, requiring more and more to find new strategies to face the difficulties arising in this historical moment, it’s necessary to provide people with some places where they can develop and strengthen skills and resources helpful to tackle these changes constructively and effectively. Besides, we consider important that teachers adopt effective and involving methods making learners participants in learning. These learners are the ones who need to get back in the society because they lost their job, they’re migrants who need to train, or they left school too early; they need appropriate and effective learning methods to make them active and involved and to help them getting in touch with their capabilities and possibilities. Linked to these necessities, the project aims to achieve two targets: 1) to promote good practices exchanges between the involved in adult education; especially in education of teachers, educators working for disadvantaged people employment, in order to make their interventions more effective and qualitative. 2) To provide teachers and educators instruments to increase personal and professional empowerment, increasing the skills allowing people to develop new ideas, drawn from their creative potential, their knowledge and their resources; promoting a renewal and change attitude providing effective tools to develop communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. These are essential skills to create effective, innovative and constructive working relationships. Furthermore, the aim is then to make these instruments transmitted to students.
