The project is based on the use of the on-line tool located at the following address: www.feempandora.it. The initial period of structuring the site, which was carried out with particular attention to web usability and customer satisfaction, concluded with the experimental application phase in the field. In coherence with Action Research methodology, each participation activity that is structured with and in Pandora is followed by a phase of verification and a replanning process aimed at the improvement of the Pandora methodology even beginning with indications that come from the involved actors.
