The effect of diffusion anisotropy in determining the kinetic pathways in two-dimensional systems with multi-minima potentials has been examined by analyzing the exact solutions of a diffusive problem. The mathematical model is suitable to describe TICT (twisted intramolecular charge transfer) transitions, and some physical implications of the results are discussed.

Abstract
The effect of diffusion anisotropy in determining the kinetic pathways in two-dimensional systems with multi-minima potentials has been examined by analyzing the exact solutions of a diffusive problem. The mathematical model is suitable to describe TICT (twisted intramolecular charge transfer) transitions, and some physical implications of the results are discussed.File in questo prodotto:
