A composition comprising: a) a polymeric aminoglycoside and b) a phosphorylated organic acid, wherein the phosphorylated organic acid b) comprises in its structure at least one amine function, wherein - said composition is included in a pharmaceutical formulation in tablet form , capsule or granules comprising: i) an inner core comprising said composition, and ii) a coating of said core a) with gastro-resistant film, which coating is freely soluble in the enteric medium and, in general, at pH > 6; - at a pH between 6.0 and 7.0, when the enteric film dissolves ii) said phosphorylated organic acid b) is in the form of non-quaternary ammonium salt and at the same pH said polymeric aminoglycoside a) is in polycationic form, so that a salt is formed between said phosphorylated organic acid in non-quaternary ammonium salt form and said polymeric aminoglycoside in polycationic form.
